Colette Gough is a self taught Irish artist, born and raised in the heart of the Boyne Valley, Co. Meath. Her family home overlooks the ancient monuments of Newgrange and Knowth. This wealth of heritage and culture motivated Colette on her creative journey.
She uses nib and ink to create intricate, detailed freehand drawings. These unique pieces which are rich in colour are inspired by the iconic images from the Book of Kells.
